Working principle: The vacuum packaging machine is composed of five parts: the upper working room, the lower working room, the fuselage, the electrical and the vacuum system. There is a set of sealing devices on the top of the upper working room of the vacuum packaging machine. The press frame is insulated from the studio space, the bakelite is hot-pressed and attached to the air bag, and the heat-sealed air bag is in a low vacuum state. Press down the heating head (nickel-chromium belt 10), press the seal and heat at the same time. The heating temperature and heating time can be adjusted.


Work flow: 1. Vacuum: the vacuum chamber is closed, the vacuum pump works, the vacuum chamber starts to vacuumize, the packaging bag is vacuumed at the same time, the pointer of the vacuum gauge rises, and the rated vacuum degree (controlled by the time relay ISJ) is reached. The vacuum pump stops working and the vacuum stops. While the vacuum is working, the two-position three-way solenoid valve IDT works, the heat-sealing air chamber is vacuumized, and the heat-pressing frame remains in place.


2. Heat sealing: When the IDT is broken, the outside air enters the heat sealing air chamber through the upper air inlet hole. Using the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the heat sealing air chamber, the heat sealing air chamber is inflated and expanded to make it go up and down the hot pressing frame. Move and press the bag mouth; at the same time, the heat-sealing transformer works and starts to seal; at the same time, the time relay 2SJ works, and the heat-sealing ends after a few seconds.


3. Air return: the two-position two-way solenoid valve 2DT opens, the atmosphere enters the vacuum chamber, the pointer of the vacuum gauge returns to zero, the hot-pressing frame is reset by the return spring, and the vacuum chamber is opened.


Features: 1. Part of the air (oxygen) in the packaging container is excluded, which can effectively prevent food spoilage. 2. The use of packaging materials with excellent barrier properties (air tightness) and strict sealing technology and requirements can effectively prevent the exchange of the contents of the packaging, which can avoid food weight loss, loss of taste, and prevent secondary pollution. 3. The gas inside the vacuum packaging container has been removed, which accelerates the conduction of heat, which can improve the efficiency of thermal sterilization and avoid the rupture of the packaging container due to the expansion of the gas during heating and sterilization.
