Work flow: screw feeder automatically feeds → manually opens the bag manually to cover the bag clamping device → step on the foot switch, the bag clamper clamps the bag → the equipment automatically peels (double screw automatic feeding until the final value is reached) → Step on the foot switch again to release the bag clamp (also adjustable to automatic bag release mode after metering and filling) → Manually slide the bag to the heat seal (there is no power roller under the bag), step on the heat sealer Foot switch (self-pumping and automatic heat sealing)→go to the next process to sew the bag→automatically start the sewing machine, and the sewing machine and the conveyor belt operate synchronously→the machine automatically cuts the thread after the package is completed→automatically reverses the bag and reshapes the whole work process. (The whole process of this machine can be operated by one person).

11. The screw drive of this equipment adopts a bearingless design (food-grade servo packing) and is maintenance-free for life. Compared with the bearing design, the advantage is that it can completely eliminate the hidden danger of bearing oil leakage (bearing oil leakage will enter the material and contaminate the product). And long-term working dust enters the bearing, causing damage to the bearing, thereby affecting the service life and stability.
