MAP550V automatic modified atmosphere preservation packing machine is a new generation machine carefully developed and launched by collecting the feedback information from a large number of end-users over the years on the use of the first-generation modified atmosphere packing machine.
MAP550V series has been improved and optimized in terms of equipment operation efficiency, stability and energy saving.
It has high standard gas replacement rate, high-precision modified atmosphere mixing ratio, smooth and beautiful sealing effect. MAP550V series modified atmosphere preservation packing machine has excellent performance in terms of shelf life, freshness, nutritional color and appearance of food.
The equipment is suitable for modified atmosphere preservation packing of cold meat, chicken, duck, cooked meat products, delicatessen, fruits, vegetables, beef, mutton , pork, cheese and so on.
Using Japan OMRONPLC programmable control system
Using Japan OMRON human-computer interface touch screen. Operation is easy and convenient.
Using French Schneider electrical element and ensuring long-term and efficient operation
Using Japan SMC pneumatic element and German FESTO pneumatic element, ensuring stable operation of equipment.
Equipment adopts self-developed ternary gas mixing device, ensuring stable and precise air supply.
The independent closed space gas replacement technology ensures a high gas replacement rate and the gas replacement rate is ≥99-99.5%.
Pallet molds enter and exit automatically, reducing the labor intensity of workers
The replaceable heat-sealing mold with a simple structure can make one equipment used for various specifications of pallet sealing.
The aluminum frame and SUS304 stainless steel meet the food hygiene requirements and ensure the corrosion resistance of the equipment in special environments
Fault real-time display function to ensure the normal operation of the machine
Using Puxu 100m3/h vacuum pump, reliable quality and stable operation.
