Introduction:
MW-3100A series automatic bendable straw forming machine is a kind of equipment for processing bendable straws. The whole equipment is fully automated from input to finished product output, only need to manually add straight tube blanks. The polypropylene straight pipe is fed from the hopper on the upper part of the forming machine, clamped by two sets of manipulators, and one is sent back to the main rotary table of the equipment. The rotation of the main turntable makes the suction pipe form indentations on the suction pipe through the two rotating pressing wheels. Then it is compressed by two manipulators, so that the indentation is creased and contracted, and finally the finished product is automatically conveyed out. The main turntable can usually carry 12 straws to run continuously, and this product has high-speed production capacity.
