# Basic Use

Mainly used for the non-adhesive rewinding of such materials as aluminum foil tape, copper foil tape, car protective film, advertising paper, color changing film and kraft paper.

• Adopt a PC computer motion control system and 11 servo motors for the whole machine, which avoids the instability of pneumatic control and improves the stability and high efficiency of the equipment. • Equipped with a high-precision indexer transmission and positioning structure and 4-axis automatic exchange to realize non-stop production and improve production efficiency.

• Automatic labeling is equipped for rewinding and finishing with flat sticking edges, facilitating subsequent processing.

• Automatic flattening rollers are added at the rewinding and finishing positions to ensure fast sealing of materials without wrinkles.

• Adopt the 0-friction and 0-contact rewinding structure independently developed by our company, which replaces the traditional locked-shaft mechanical structure, enabling the whole machine to run with low noise and no harm to human body.

• The servo automatic shifting pressure roller automatically follows the change of material diameter to ensure the optimal gap between the pressure roller and the rewinding shaft, making the rewinding flatter.

• Adopt hydraulic brake for automatic feeding, which prevents the deformation of the master roll paper core and the difficulty in shaft insertion, being convenient, fast and labor-saving.

• Equipped with automatic alarm and stop function when out of film to reduce material waste.

• With automatic deviation correction function to avoid unsightly finished products caused by uneven master roll materials.

• A material splicing platform is provided for easy material threading, improving efficiency and avoiding material waste.

• The servo module is used for pulling and releasing sealing labels, with the length and position adjustable at will, featuring convenient adjustment and precise positioning.

• The movable discharge table can store 20-40 rolls of finished products and be moved freely, facilitating subsequent processing.

• Realize automatic paper core feeding, servo-driven paper core insertion, automatic glue application, automatic finishing and sealing label application, automatic cutting and automatic discharging.

• Adopt automatic tension control for unwinding and rewinding, with stable tension, flat lamination, smooth start and stop as well as edge alignment control to ensure flat rewinding.

• Servo-controlled rewinding is adopted with digital linear growth of rewinding tension (automatic tension calculation for each coil), making the transition of rewinding and unwinding force more smooth and perfect.

• Servo motor-driven material pulling ensures accurate length calculation. Servo motor torque-controlled rewinding realizes stable and precise rewinding tension, as well as exquisite rewinding with flat end faces.

• The unwinding part adopts a shaftless hydraulic brake for convenient and fast loading and unloading, hydraulic cylinder lifting and automatic deviation correction; it is also equipped with diameter-based automatic tension control with a magnetic powder brake for unwinding to realize accurate torque control.

• Adopt tungsten steel circular knife for rotary cutting, equipped with automatic knife cleaning function, featuring a durable blade and neat cutting edges.

• Realize automatic alarm and stop in case of film shortage, material break and paper core shortage.

• Adopt Hichuan Motion Control System with one-key start and easy specification change.
